When you start at Beazley we want to make sure you are offered a compensation package that is aligned to the role you are taking on. Your salary or hourly rate as part of this will have been reviewed by your manager and Talent Management after careful consideration of how the role fits within Beazley, to ensure fairness across the business, and taking into account external market conditions.

We have a discretionary bonus award programme to recognise Beazley’s performance and your performance during the year. Your performance is reviewed through the annual appraisal you have with your Manager during September & October, which reviews your performance against set objectives. The amount of money available is based on how Beazley has performed during the year. During your career at Beazley you may also be awarded Beazley shares as part of your annual bonus.
